South Norfolk

Scenic and peaceful countryside, winding lanes and picturesque villages

Alongside museums telling the stories of local people and local life, a working farm and a former workhouse, South Norfolk is home to steam engines and steam trains and the site of the longest strike in British history. Two museums, housed in control towers on former airfiefields, are now memorials to the aerial heroes of World War 2, and you can also get up close and personal to tanks and other military vehicles.
